7400 building at Crossroads of Oakdale is in the initial stage of
construction. It will be a signature building in our complex, The
Crossroads of Oakdale, at the North East corner of the intersection of
I-94 and I-694 in Oakdale. The initial plan calls for a multi-story
building of approximately 55,000 square feet of Class A office space
with a high amenity package, including underground parking.
