| Crossroads Business Center 2
The Crossroads Business Center 2 offers approximately 30,000 square feet of OFFICE/WAREHOUSE SPACE. Suite sizes range from 1,200 to 2,100 square feet with clear ceiling heights minimum of 15’ and 12’ x 12’ ground level roll-up doors. Suites are rented on a “modified gross” basis. All common area maintenance costs and taxes are included in the rent. Utilities are separately metered, and are the responsibility of the Tenant.
