The 710 Building is two stories, totalling approximately 44,000 square feet comprised of OFFICE/SHOWROOM suites on the first floor, and CLASS A SUBURBAN OFFICE SPACE on the second floor. The 690 Building is single story office/warehouse totaling approximately 16,000 square feet.
Allowed uses include: office, showroom, warehousing, light industrial, assembly, distribution, and research facilities. The buildings are located within 40 minutes of the entire metropolitan area, just ½ mile South of I-94 and ½ mile West of Woodbury Drive (Co. Road 19). Woodbury has a thriving retail community with many restaurants and accommodation options, as well as an expanding office and manufacturing sector.
