| Meet Mark YoungVice President Sales and Leasing at Crossroads PropertiesMark joined Crossroads Properties in 2011 as Vice President of Sales and Leasing. As a Commercial Real Estate advisor, Mark provides value to Businesses, and can assist them with the following:
- Leasing Commercial Real Estate.
- Purchasing Commercial Real Estate.
- Listing Commercial property for building Owners looking to sell and/or lease their existing Commercial Real Estate.
- Businesses who are debating if they should renew their lease or find new space.
Mark’s background includes expertise in financial analysis, contract negotiation, and strategic business planning. Drawing on his strong analytical and technical skills, Mark provides research data and analysis to clients while assisting in site searches and selection, tenant representation, and the marketing of properties. He fully understands and is experienced with the complexities of the entire sale and lease negotiation process and is diligent in his efforts to seek out all possible opportunities to ensure that his clients’ best interests are achieved.
His success in commercial real estate can be attributed to his superior market knowledge and his skill in building lasting relationships with his clients. Mark works daily to remain fully informed on the ever-changing commercial real estate market and seeks out ways to communicate market changes, trends, and current market conditions to his clients. Mark adds creativity to his sales approach to maintain a fresh perspective on his clients’ real estate needs.
A graduate of St. Cloud University with a Business degree in Risk Management and Insurance and is working toward his CCIM Designation. He is an active member in the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR). Mark also belongs to the Woodbury Chamber of Commerce and the Oakdale Business and Professional Association. | |
