Representation services to businesses in the east Twin Cities area.
Jim's extensive executive-level business management experience
provides an insightful and strategic approach to servicing his
clients real estate needs. Jim's background includes business
start-up and ownership (Sounds Great, Inc.), executive leadership
in one of the fastest growing companies in Minnesota
(Access Cash L.L.C.), operations experience in a large corporate
setting (eFunds) and work in the non-profit world (Young Life).
His varied background and relational approach enable him to understand, meet and satisfy his clients' business needs. Jim's attention to detail and the ability to address the many facets of companies needs make him a valued resource in the commercial real estate world.
Jim, a graduate of the University of Minnesota, is and has been an active member in many local and national professional organizations including: the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), the National Association of Realtors, the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), the Woodbury Business Development Committee, The Woodbury Sustainability Committee (helping create Green Building policies for the city) serves on the board of the Woodbury Chamber of Commerce, serves on the Planning Commission of Woodbury and serves on the Board of Great River Greening.
