July ended with a lot of activity for us at Crossroads. We think our cook-outs were a huge success and we hope you agree! We served over 685 people at the four cook-outs. See below for photos of the events.
Later this month there will be an informational seminar that will be hosted by a tenant that is open to all of our tenants, families and friends. See below for details.

Estate Planning Seminar
The law firm of Kelly & Lemmons, P.A., a tenant in our Crossroads of Oakdale complex, will be hosting a free one hour "brown Bag" seminar on the basics of Estate Planning. Kelly & Lemmons lawyer Pat McGuigan will be leading a discussion which will include basic concepts relating to wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives and various nonprobate transfer techniques.
The seminar will be on Wednesday, August 18 from noon to 1:00 and will be held in a classroom of Saint Mary's University on the second floor of the 7200 Hudson Boulevard building at Crossroads of Oakdale. Woodbury - "Best Places to Live"
Thirteen turns out to be a lucky number for Woodbury when it comes to Money Magazine's list of the "Best Places to Live." The magazine rated the city 13th on its list of the top 100 U.S. cities with populations between 50,000 and 300,000.

Did you know you can pay your monthly statement electronically through the tenant section of our website? Click on the link below for addtional information. Service Requests
To ensure the most efficient processing of service requests please contact Joe directly at service@crossroadsproperties.net or 651-389-9985. Voicemail and e-mail are checked daily. Please provide the nature of the request as well as the urgency and it will be routed to the appropriate operations personnel. If there is an EMERGENCY and you do not reach a live person, follow the instructions on the outgoing message.
Spills
Please help us keep our common areas clean by letting us know if there is a spill on the carpet. The sooner we can address it, the less likely a stain will develop.
