You may have noticed that our staff has been very busy this last month with many renovations preparing for several new tenants at various buildings. We are very excited to be developing more relationships with many wonderful individuals and companies. You will notice in this issue we have added a "Tenant News" section. Not only do we want to welcome new tenants each month, but we would like to continue to highlight our existing tenants as well. Wynn's, a leading maufacturer of automotive specialty chemicals and service equment, is now located in Suite 170 at the Crossroads Business Center. They are a division of Illinois Tool Works and operate worldwide. You can find out more by visiting their website at www.wynnusa.com.
Solbar USA, has moved into Suite 110 in the Crossroads Business Center. They are a division of Solbar Industries, Ltd who is a global leader in specialty soy proteins and natural soy isoflavones, manufacturing a wide range of highly functional soy protein concentrates and isolates for:

- Meat, poultry, fish and vegetarian applications.

Great Northern Corporation (GNC) now occupies Suite 172 in the 7300 building at Crossroads of Oakdale II. They are a leading midwestern paperboard maufacturing company specializing in the design and maufacture of commerical brown boxes, consumer packaging and retail displays.
Embody Health Movement Arts Studio, now in Suite 170 at the 710 building of Crossroads Commerce Center, first opened its doors in May, and was established to provide a world-class holistic experience in movement arts. Their mission is to positively impact our community with joy and the satisfaction of mind-body training, focusing on Pilates Mat, Reformer, and Wunda Chair, as well as Yamuna Body Rolling, TRX and more. The experience a client has at their studio will be dedicated to providing them a safe, kind and valuable memory. Their Grand Opening Week will be June 21 - June 26. Rob Olson who is the owner of Quantum Group and long time tenant in suite 140 of the 7300 building is having a fundraising event on July 17th called the Breathe Easy Music Festival benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Are you a member of any local business or professional organizations? Crossroads Properties is a member of both the Oakdale Business and Professional Association (OPBA) and the Woodbury Chamber of Commerce.
The Woodbury Chamber and the OPBA are vital community organizations. They are active in promoting community events and providing a unified voice for their member businesses. Teaming with community leaders, the organizations are deeply committed to creating a place where businesses can thrive.
