Everyone at Crossroads Properties would like to wish you and your families a Happy Thanksgiving. We are grateful for the relationships we have with our tenants. Please be aware, that in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, Crossroads Properties management office will be closed on Thursday November 26th and Friday November 27th. Please follow after hours emergency procedures if you need to contact us. Call 651-731-0708 and follow the instructions on the out-going message. You will be connected to a live operator that will ask questions about the situation. The operator will then contact a member of Crossroads Properties.

John Sparby has recently relocated his American Income Life(AIL) office to Crossroads of Oakdale in our 7300 building. AIL is a supplemental benefit provider for unionized employees across North America. SNOW REMOVAL
As we look ahead to winter and the inevitable snow, the Crossroads maintenance team and their plowing contractor will be working hard to clear the snow from parking lots and sidewalks. Typically the goal is to have the major work completed by 7:00 AM. Of course when the snow comes during the day, all attempts will be made to minimize challenges for human and vehicle mobility. Please drive and walk with caution when the snow plows are active, and feel free to contact us if you notice any dangerous conditions. If you need to leave a vehicle overnight for any reason please contact us so we can provide a location that will least impact the snow removal. Thanks for your cooperation and we wish you a safe winter.
