It hard to imagine that just a few weeks ago we were dealing with nearly 100 degree temperatures. Seasonal changes are always exciting in Minnesota. If you have vehicle/boat storage needs for the winter, check below for details on options we provide that may suit your needs.
We continue to welcome new tenants as listed below, and we are excited about several prospective tenants, expansions and re-locations by some current tenants.

Welcome to the following new tenants:
Apostle Baptist Church, will soon be occupying suite 255 in the 7200 Building at Crossroads of Oakdale. Apostle Baptist Church with the SBC (Southern Baptist Convention) is the former Afton Road Baptist Church in Woodbury. Their Grand Opening is set for Sunday October 3rd. Sunday School will be at 9:30, with a service following at 10:45.
Tenant News:
Advanced Home Environments, will be hosting a SONY 3-D T.V. event Friday September 10th and Saturday the 11th. For more details,click here.
Congratulations to Quantum Merchant Services who has recently outgrown their space in our 7300 Building and has moved to a larger suite down the hall.
Congratulations to Intertek Testing Services in our 7250 Building, they are expanding their existing suite. Winter storage for boats and other vehicles

Crossroads Properties has a house for rent that will be availalble on or before 11/1/10. It is a 676 SF, one bedroom, single level home. The house is located at 7486 Hudson Blvd. Rent is $600 per month (plus gas/electric utilities). No Pets allowed. Storage boxes available
FLS Connect in our 7300 Building has storage boxes available. Due to the nature of their business, they go through a significant amount of paper. Rather than dumping the boxes, they save them to be re-used. If you or someone you know could use some sturdy boxes contact Coleta at cwright@flsconnect.com. They have two types of boxes one that fit 10 reams of letter and the other fit 10 reams of legal paper.
